Minister of Foreign and European Affairs of the Slovak Republic, Juraj Blanár, participated in a two-day meeting of NATO Ministers of Foreign Affairs on 28 and 29 November 2023 in Brussels. After the meeting, the Minister stated that it was crucial for Slovakia to continue strengthening its collective defence.

On 23 November 2023, the Minister of Foreign and European Affairs of the Slovak Republic, Juraj Blanár, spoke on the phone with the Minister of Foreign Affairs of Israel, Eli Cohen. The topic of the conversation was the current situation in the Middle East in light of the agreement on a temporary ceasefire in the Gaza Strip.

On 22 November 2023, the Minister of Foreign and European Affairs of the Slovak Republic, Juraj Blanár, held talks in Vienna with Alexander Schallenberg, Federal Minister for European and International Affairs of the Republic of Austria. The topic of the meeting between the ministerial partners was the current issues of bilateral and international relations, including migration and the situation in Ukraine and the Middle East. They also discussed European policy, the development of regional cooperation and support for the Western Balkan countries.
